The company is hiring for following oil and gas jobs immediately. All jobs are based in Fort MacKay, Alberta. Apply immediately to be considered. All applicants must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol and a Fit for Duty test.
Heavy Equipment Operators (Dozer, Rock, Truck and Excavator Operators) – As a Heavy Equipment Operators, you are to complete reclamation work in a plant atmosphere, working in tailing sands. You are also required to work with muskeg in a plant environment. You will be reporting directly to the Site Superintendent and is expected to operate assigned equipment in a safe and effective manner. In order to qualify for this position, you must have 2-5 Years’ Heavy Equipment GPS operating system experience, Valid Class 1, 3 preferred, Ability to lift and pull up to 50lbs, Ability to work in all weather, Ability to work shift work, Safety conscious attitude, OSSA (OSSA Regional Orientation) and/or OSSA BSO (Basic Safety Orientation), CSTS (Construction Safety Training System), and Ground Disturbance.
Fuel and Lube Technicians – In order to qualify, yyou must have High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, Previous experience as a Fuel and Lube Technician preferred, Previous experience in oil and construction sites preferred, Valid Class 3 Driver’s License, Valid CSTS and OSSA (Oil Sands Safety Association) orientation would be an asset, Valid First Aid and WHMIS, Ability to work alone with minimal supervision or as part of a ream, Ability to work at heights, and Good written and oral communication skills.
Labourers – No previous experience necessary. Prefer experience in the road construction or road maintenance industry. In order to qualify, you must have Valid Class 5 License, Valid CSTS and OSSA (Oil Sands Safety Association) orientation would be a benefit, Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, WHMIS/TDG, Ground Disturbance, H2S Alive.
Low Bed Operators (Class 1) – In order to qualify for this position, you must have a Minimum 2-5 years’ low-bed experience, CSTS, OSSA or OSSA BSO, TDG, WHMIS, First Aid, Ground Disturbance, H2S Alive, and Valid Class 1 Driver’s License.
Utility Operators – In order to qualify, you must have 2-5 years’ experience operating Heavy Equipment preferable experience with Grader, Loader, Dozer, Excavator, Skid steer and Gravel Trucks, CSTS/ OSSA or BSO, Valid Class 5 Driver License – Class 1 or 3 an asset, Ground Disturbance, RSTS – Roads Builder Training, Rural Road Experience is an asset, TDG, WHMIS, and First Aid.
