The Drillers and Helpers will utilize their skills and knowledge to support drilling operations in Alaska with their respective teams for successful project completion. Personal initiative and critical thinking skills are essential to complete job duties with minimal guidance. Assignments are deadline driven so must be able to set priorities, work efficiently and provide a consistent quality product in a team environment.

Major Drilling require following experience for job applicants.
- Mineral Exploration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Diamond Core, Reverse Circulation, or Other Drilling Methods: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction Experience 1 Year (Preferred)
Schedule is consisted of working 10–12-hour daily shifts with 14/7, 20/10, or 28/14 work rotation which varies by the location you are assigned to.
Shift availability could include day shifts or night shifts which runs through Sunday to Saturday. You must be willing to travel and work conditions include extreme heat or low temperature with high altitude/elevation.
Pay ranges from $82,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year depend on your work experience.
